HKL offers MyMobile Banking service as branchless services, allowing customers to perform their transaction at anytime and anywhere through their mobile phones. Customers can perform financial transactions such as remittance, fund transfer, mobile top up, bill payment, loan repayment, and some other non-financial transactions such as balance inquiry, mini statements, SMS notifications, look up ATMs, exchange rate, interest rate, loan inquiry, loan payment reminder, and access other financial services.
