To respond our progress, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position as below:

Position:  Operational Risk Officer (01 Posts.)
Location : 
Head Office,  Phnom Penh
Report to:  Director of OFM Department

Duties and Responsibilities:
-    Coordinate the implementation plan with key relevant stakeholder to proactively in identifying operational risk incidents and potential risks that are relevant.
-    Assist risk owner on how to manage operational risks in accordance with operational risk policies procedure and create strategies for solution to response the operational risk incidents.
-    Involve with the relevant business unit to conduct the risk assessment on new business initiative/service/policy procedure and product development…etc.
-    Maintain the recording mechanism of the operational risk register, risk incident report register, operational loss event database and fraud control plan register.
-    Assist the Head of Operational Risk Unit to produce the dashboard design and business continuity planning for managing the unexpected risk event that could impact to the business operation of HKL.
-    Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor/management team.
-    Bachelor degree of Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other related field, English degree is preferable.
-    At least 1 year experience on operational risks and fraud risk management.
-    Good understanding and knowledge of loan assessment process in advance.
-    Self-motivation and able to manage own workload.
-    Work experience in Banking and Finance institute or Operational management.
-    Be flexible with working hours.
-    Computer literacy in MS Office includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.
-    Good communication in Khmer and English.
