Location:   Head Office-Phnom Penh 
Report to:  Deputy Director, Branch Effectiveness Department 
Deadline:  15-September-2019
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Daily upload Portfolio Management Service which received from CBC, timely upload into system WRS is complete on time.
  • Daily Communicate with branch to collect all info from clients, daily monitor Portfolio Management Service in WRS, review updated info from branches, prepare monthly report.
  • Work on the criteria to provide special offer to clients, Managing and preparing the list clients, select and gather info clients, prepare final list and propose for special offer.
  • Develop and update workflow and procedure on client retention and loan follow up management.
  • Monitor early paid off and clients drop out, work with branches to gather all info and reason, select good clients propose for special offer. 
  • Regularly monitor early paid off and clients drop out & follow up loan clients through loan follow up system.
  • Develop and update procedure of loan follow up.
  • Complete the tasks assigned by supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate Bachelor degree  or equivalent degree or under Bachelor degree is required.
  • At least 1 year working experiences involved credit management.
  • Fully committed to HKL’s vision, mission, culture, values, procedures and objectives.
  • Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent in Communication skills, including English speaking and writing skills.
  • English comprehensive for both speaking and writing are required.
  • Computer literacy in MS. Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail.
  • Be honest, friendly, active and creative.
Remuneration:
