Report to: 
 Director, Compliance Department

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyze and report compliance monitoring on AML/CFT.
  • Work with front line staff to ensure compliance to AML/CFT.
  • Develop of threshold for review of customer risk and transaction and on-site review at branch level.
  • Advice to functional department in matters regards compliance with rule and regulation of AML/CFT and Anti-corruption and raise of Non-Compliance concern to management after investigation.
  • Maintain of blacklist and sanction update, document of customer risk profile.
  • Provide employee with training on policies and practice regards AML/CFT and Anti-corruption.
  • Communicate to relevant employee/functional department as enquiry on customer profile.
  • Review CTR report and Identify Suspicious Transaction report, and report to deputy Compliance.
  • Coordinate tasks with parent bank, other supervisory regards examination of customer information.
  • Conduct enhance due diligence on customer transaction.
  •  Perform appropriate suspicious investigation and detail documentation.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, finance or law and other related skill.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in banking and FI operation, plus at least one year experience in field of compliance, risk management or internal audit.
  • Understanding principle of banking and FIs products.
  • Knowledge of due diligence, international and local requirement.
  • Experience in AML monitoring.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication.
  • Computer literacy required (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
  • Integrity and understand of duties and cares.
