Location:   Head Office-Phnom Penh 
Report to:  Director, Customer Service & Call Center Department
Deadline:  30-August-2019
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist to make short term and long term business plan and strategy for improving customer service, call center and telesales.
  • Develop objectives for the Telesales day-to-day activities and Develop sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
  • Collect and analyze Telesales data (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.) and help team to meets the sales targets.
  • Plan, organize, direct and control telesales team to achieve the target and meet the budget.
  • Hire, coach, development and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service and sale standards.
  • Monitor telesales team to provide best customer services, sale consultant and solution to customer.
  • Work with relevant department or branch to respond to customer need and then refer customer to branch level.
  • Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.) and prepare reports for different departments or upper management.
  • Identify customer’s needs to drive the best solution to meet customer’s expectation and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in business, marketing or related fields.
  • Knowledge and experiences of the operations within branch, customer service, Call Center & Telesales.
  • Solid skills in customer focus and services.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Communications skill both in Khmer and English.
  • Flexible and adaptive to all background of customers.
  • Knowledge of project management, reporting, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Remuneration:
  • HKL provide the competitive salary based on knowledge, skill and experience.
