Unit Manager of CBD for Payment Support

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop procedures and guidelines related to Payment services.
  • Identify any inefficient activities in operating Payment service as well as non-compliance of policies, forms’ completion, or any human errors by branch staff and partner merchants.
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling all aspects of Payment operations
  • Provide support to branch staff when they have questions or problems.
  • Perform Payment systems audits.
  • Work with training department to prepare training materials and conduct training to branch staff on payment systems and services.
  • Develop application as java or asp.net to support Payment system (a plus duty, not mandatory).
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience in a system administration and operational support.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Possess good customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding various system architectures including hardware and software is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy in particular Database, Switch System and Mobile Application System network.
  • Ambition in career growth
  • Commitment and ability to learn new things quickly.
Remuneration:
